Two Paths to Your Next Home

Every buyer's journey looks a little different, so there are two dedicated paths depending on what you're after.

1. If you're looking at a home already on the market or a builder's new-construction inventory, you'll get full buyer's-agent representation — MLS search built around your criteria, private showings, offer strategy and negotiation, inspection coordination, and guidance all the way through closing, backed by Keller Williams West Atlanta. Sellers have customarily paid the buyer’s agent’s compensation, and many still agree to. Under National Association of REALTORS® practice changes that took effect August 17, 2024, following a nationwide legal settlement, a seller’s contribution is optional and negotiable, so you may owe some or all of that amount. Chuma explains the figure in your written buyer agreement before you tour a single home.

2. If you're set on building from the ground up instead, you'll get the Custom Home Concierge & Builder Matchmaker service — help finding and evaluating land, matching with a trusted custom-home builder from a vetted network, and project oversight from the first sketch through the final walkthrough.
